Being a SNJ Millennials 30 Under 30 "Trendsetter Award" recipient, former Chief Sales Officer, and with 10 years of developing professional teams and leaders; he understands what it takes to create a company designed to service clients effectively and efficiently. Driven by a passion for helping people and the environment, he is set to bring a "new normal" to the renewable energy industry.

With over 10 years of experience in building and sustaining customer relationships, Zach is thorough and thoughtful in his approach. Zach attended the University of West Virginia and credits many of his skills to his experiences in college. He has proven to possess acute perception of clients' needs. This enables him to help his customers achieve efficient, effective and highest cost-saving results. Currently residing in North Carolina, Zach is excited and eager to create awareness and educate existing and potential customers about solar. Dean started his career in the solar industry as an intern in the design department and was immediately attracted to the idea of having a positive impact on the planet as well as on the pockets of regular families like his. After transitioning to in-home sales, he fell in love with helping homeowners transition to green energy. He built a sales team of his own to help homeowners make that transition. Now, as Co-founder and Vice President of sales, he helps develop aspiring sales professionals deliver a customer-centric experience during their transition to solar energy.

Brandon made the decision to go solar himself, and later decided to assist other families in transitioning to a cheaper, cleaner energy. His purpose is to create an eco-friendly, sustainable environment for his two daughters to grow up in!

After graduating from Coastal Carolina University, Walt worked in the energy industry. He helped several companies procure electricity for their business. In 2017, he decided to jump into solar.
