She was responsive when we had questions, knowledgeable about the product and the process and best of all... an ACTUAL HUMAN. Who didn't see us as anything other than people. I would 100% recommend this company and more specifically Amber because of the outstanding customer service she provided us which is VERY rare at least in my experience!
